Ben’s house was absolutely perfect for our needs. I was staying with my 13 year old daughter. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we required. It’s a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cheltenham which had everything you could think of in terms of restaurants and shops and there is a convenient corner shop at the end of the road. Ben kindly rang us the day we arrived to check all was ok which was much appreciated.

Ben was a great host, all communication was quick and really clear. The place itself was easy to locate and parking could be found easily. It is about a 25 minute walk from the station and a 5 min walk from a large Tescos. Getting in was easy and once inside it was very clean and welcoming. Would recommend to others visiting Cheltenham.

Ben and Ellie were great hosts. Very responsive when we had a small problem and very friendly in their communication. The house was in a really convenient location for walking in and out of Cheltenham and The Coconut Tree restaurant nearby is recommended. The house was super clean and cosy and had everything needed.

Great location for easy walk to shops and restaurants. Parking permits was easily arranged with owner for street parking. Accomodation was clean and recently decorated, very comfy beds, nice crisp white bedding, and heating very quick and effective. Extra such as tea and coffee, sugar, oils were available which was very helpful. Host kindly arranged slightly later check out and was responsive to queries.

Great value for money - on my third property in Cheltenham and this was our best accommodation yet. Owner communication is prompt and attentive. Owner secured a resident parking permit for us which helped enormously. Patio for al fresco eating is a bonus.
